About Vicki
As someone who has owned and served several businesses, boards, and community organizations over the years (starting her first business at age 23), Vicki has seen firsthand how leadership, strategy, and service are interconnected. At Douglas, Vicki oversees several business areas, including human resources, talent development, operational excellence, information systems, facilities & security, and environmental health & safety. She loves serving the extraordinary individuals at Douglas and helping build a strong, successful company. Some of the most rewarding moments in her role are seeing people enjoy what they do, take pride in their contributions, and grow in meaningful ways.
Beyond Douglas, Vicki loves traveling (especially to New England and small coastal towns), exploring historic sites and unique communities, and finding new adventures almost anywhere. She enjoys the outdoors, lake life, and spending time with family and friends, doing just about anything together.
