About Rob
Rob was first drawn to Douglas in 2019 by the company’s values and ESOP mindset. He appreciated the collaborative environment and worked for six years as an aftermarket project application engineer before joining the Sales team. Now serving as a sales engineer, Rob enjoys the variety of his day-to-day work, opportunities to meet new people and, especially, solving challenges. Finding creative ways to problem-solve and develop solutions for customers is always a rewarding experience.
Rob’s non-working hours mainly consist of chasing his toddler around. When he gets the opportunity, he enjoys time spent on the water, watching live music, and gathering around a campfire.
