About Marty
Marty holds an AS degree in electronics and a BS degree in both microprocessor engineering and business management. He has worked in Douglas’ EE department since 1995, beginning as an Assistant Electrical Designer. He moved on to Controls Engineer and EE Manager positions before taking on his current role as director. In addition to supervising and scheduling the Controls team, Marty works with the Application Engineers, reviewing potential machine orders and providing EE insights into customer specifications and machine hours. He loves seeing the EE team succeed and doing his part to support them.
Outside work, Marty enjoys reading books and spending time at the gym. He loves being with his wife and kids whether it be at the lake cabin, traveling, or simply sitting around the table playing games.
