Kasey D.

Kasey started with Douglas in 2011 working night shift assembly while attending college for drafting. Since then, he has advanced his career through different areas of the company, including mechanical engineering, application engineering, and R&D. The experience has given him an appreciation for the machines at Douglas and what it takes to build them well. Blessed with growing up on a small rural farm, Kasey brings his long-time values of honesty and hard work, along with his Douglas history, to his role as sales engineer.

Outside work, Kasey manages a full and busy life. He and his fiancée have six kids between them, with a lot of time spent keeping up with their various sporting activities. For Kasey, family helps keep him on his toes and daily reminds him of the importance of staying adaptable and investing in strong relationships.
