About Joe
In his daily work at Douglas, Joe is responsible for the overall performance, health, culture, strategy, and long-term success of the company. Of all the elements of his job, people are what make work meaningful to him, and bringing teams together to accomplish great things is the most fulfilling part — something that happens regularly at Douglas.
Joe started at Douglas in 1990, shortly after completing his studies in Automated Systems Maintenance and encountering Douglas employees during a work recruitment trip. He has held various roles over the decades and has been serving as president since 2024.
When he’s not at work, Joe likes staying active at his church, doing volunteer work, golfing, and spending time in his woodshop. He also enjoys date nights with his wife and being in the company of his kids and fourteen grandkids.
