Since joining Douglas in 2012, Jason has moved through various manager and director positions, from Palletizing & Integration to Production Assembly. In his current role, Jason oversees the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring his team members have the tools, resources, and information needed to do their jobs. He brings a solution-driven mindset into his work each day and enjoys being part of a team that can solve challenges for their customers.
Outside work, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
