About Bobbi
Bobbi Jo’s strong work ethic and always saying ‘yes’ to new opportunities has led her through various roles in the pharmaceutical industry, at 3M, and now at Douglas, where she has advanced from Director of Supply Chain to her current role as VP of Operations. Making continuous improvements is one of her biggest drives. Her daily mission is to remove roadblocks for her team and find ways to make their jobs easier.
Outside work, Bobbi Jo likes planning trips, seeing new places, and spending time with her family. She and her husband volunteer for a variety of local organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Alexandria Area Hockey Association, Alexandria Band Boosters, and Boy Scout Troop 418. This keeps them connected to their community and gives them more time to spend with their kids doing the things they love.
