About Andy
Andy first came to Douglas as a consultant in 2015. After working alongside the team and experiencing the employee-ownership culture, he knew he wanted to be part of Douglas for the long haul. As VP of Marketing & Business Development, Andy’s work centers around three things: 1) partnering with the R&D, Marketing, and Product Management teams to make continuous improvements, 2) supporting Douglas’ sister company INSITE, and 3) helping shape Douglas’ overall strategy.
When he’s not at work, spending time with family is top of Andy’s list — wherever they are is where he wants to be. He also enjoys planning trips and is always angling for a trip north to the Boundary Waters or Quetico.
