Adam holds an engineering degree and prior sales experience in OEM packaging equipment. As Douglas Sales Manager, he guides customers from early discussions to successful field installation, and he also monitors customer feedback to help keep Douglas aligned with current and forecasted customer needs. Adam loves seeing a project come together, and solving complex problems for customers, alongside a strong team that cares about doing things the right way — it's what motivates him most.

Outside working hours, Adam spends time with his friends and family, especially his wife and son. When he’s not working on home improvement projects, you’ll find him staying active through exercise and enjoying the outdoors, including skiing, hiking, and riding motorcycles.
