When the opportunity came up, Kristen was excited to join Douglas. She had been familiar with Douglas for years and had long-since respected the organization’s strong culture and company values. Now officially part of the team, Kristen oversees all aspects of Finance & Accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, internal controls, tax, payroll, and compliance. She also works closely with the leadership team on financial strategy and key business decisions that support Douglas' continued growth and success.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time at the lake, traveling, cooking, gardening, and working on home improvement projects. She especially enjoys spending time with family and friends and giving back through volunteer opportunities. Whatever she does, she is passionate about continuous learning and personal growth.
