About Joe
Whether it's improving Douglas facilities, enhancing safety, or supporting staff, Joe takes pride in contributing to an environment where people can thrive. Being able to solve problems, improve processes, and grow professionally keeps his role as Director of Facilities & Security both engaging and rewarding. Throughout his day-to-day, Joe’s work includes overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, and working with outside contractors to complete projects and support his company’s daily needs.
Outside work, Joe likes spending quality time with his family. Now retired from 20 years serving the Alexandria Fire Department, he also enjoys traveling, camping, and hunting when the opportunities arise.
