As Senior Director of Sales & Aftermarket Services, relationship building is at the core of what drives Sam. He loves being part of a team that's innovative and strategic, and he channels his competitive and financially driven nature into solving problems and making the end result better than he found it. Much of his work involves being a servant-leader to the Sales team as well as leading strategy and execution for Douglas’ Aftermarket business. But his favorite part of the job is traveling to customer sites, digging into their automation challenges and showing how Douglas can make a difference.

Sam is a die-hard Minnesota sports fan, which he describes as a beautiful and painful way to live. When he’s not at Douglas, you'll find him in a gym somewhere in western MN coaching basketball, out on the golf course, playing pickleball, or at the lake with his family—his wife Emily and their four kids: Vincent, Lincoln, Miles, and Iris.
