About Brad
Douglas was Brad’s first job out of college in 1982, where he worked as a draftsman for one year. Afterwards, he returned to college, earned an MBA, and built his career working for a variety of companies in the primary and secondary packaging industry. He has since come full circle, returning to Douglas where he now serves on the Sales team. As Sales Manager, Brad fosters and maintains customer relationships and uses his extensive knowledge to help customers find the best packaging solutions.
Outside working hours, Brad enjoys fishing, hunting, boating, and watching his grandson play hockey. Fun fact, he also enjoys scuba diving!
