About Rob
Rob holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University as well as five years of service in the United States Marine Corps. He joined the Douglas team in 2013 as Advanced Mechanical Engineer (R&D) and, over the years, advanced through various roles to his current position as Director of Aftermarket Services. His team provides Aftermarket parts support and field modifications, keeping customers’ equipment in good condition and maximizing their ability to produce.
Outside business hours, Rob enjoys hanging out with his wife and three daughters, and he invests time in supporting their figure skating lessons and competitions. Rob also has a passion for motorcycles and enjoys planning motorcycle trips and being on the road. Fun fact, his team won the Vikingland Curling Club Championship in 2025!
