Ron M.

Since joining Douglas in 1995, Ron has moved through the roles of detailer, assistant designer, mechanical designer, engineering manager and director. In his current position, he enjoys collaborating and strategizing every day to achieve the company’s annual plan as well as “delivering machines and services better than anyone in our industry.” Ron loves the opportunity to win as a team, and he finds work most meaningful when he is part of his team members’ wins — whether at work or in life.

In his personal life, Ron enjoys tinkering in the garage, doing any physical outdoor activity, and balancing the quiet time that’s necessary for the life of an introvert. He also enjoys time with family. He and his wife Melissa have 6 kids — three living in different corners of the US and three still at home.
