Flexible Tray Formers 
  Douglas' flexible Tray Formers are made up of three different models. The S-90,
S-100, and the Space Saver model, an ideal choice for limited floor space.
  Each is capable of forming a one-piece telescope or clamshell and the end or side-slotted tray or telescope box. The Space Saver capabilities can be extended to include end-slotted trays with lids or top loading, tray formed, solid bottom boxes.

Size changes completed within minutes
Adjustments are scaled for accuracy and repeatability
Positive compression both inside and out ensures good glue bond and square trays
Three-stage forming system in the S-90 and the S-100 models
Two-stage mandrel forming in the Space Saver model
